Soul Calibur IV Xianghua (alternate) leggings

Here is the step-by-step (kind of) for my Xianghua (alternate outfit) footless leggings that I made. I used a thick stretch semi-shiny spandex, airbrushed it and used heat-and-bond for the top and bottom trims. I was not sure if the heat-and-bonded trim would stretch with the rest of my fabric after being bonded to it, but it did a little, which worked out for me. I will need to use spirit gum or sock tape to keep the leggings on my thighs though.
